We offer a full streaming service for online and live events.

Online streaming.

For online darts matches, or other sports, we can stream your games live to facebook, YouTube, or another platform of your choice. We capture the call via Zoom or messenger, (Zoom is the preferred option for clarity), this is then collected along with any logo pictures you would like used during the stream and then broadcast to a media platform for viewers.

Live event streaming.

• 1x Live Stream Producer.
• 1x Static Camera focused on the board or sporting action.
• 1x Static Camera focused on the players.
• The cameras can be connected to other monitors at a venue.
• The stream can be broadcast to a social media of choice for viewers not at the venue.

All options include.

• HD streaming to YouTube, Facebook, or other streaming platforms.
• Audio connection from the venue sound deck, or a simple Mic set-up.

Tournament features available.

• A complete tournament and integrated scoring platform, this covers entry registration right through to the final.
• Hardware can be supplied for each dartboard so a marker can score the match being played, all scores and results are input via the device to aid admin work.
• The scoring platform handles a randomised bracket generator for the tournament, and collects all the scores/results with ease, (less paperwork for the admin).

• All prices are per day unless otherwise specified.
• Last minute bookings may incur extra costs.
• Some items may be charged with the deposit before pre-production starts.
• Complex events or events in specialised venues will require at least one day of Pre-production for site visits, equipment hire time, booking more crew, creating on screen assets, etc.
• Specialist data connections and bandwidth costs are not listed.
• Travel, parking, and accommodation costs for events outside of Cornwall/Devon are listed below.

• Hardware for the scoreboards is dependent on the number needed for the quantity of dart boards being used, £POA.

• Travel and Parking costs.

• Travel within Cornwall/Devon - Free
• Car travel outside of Cornwall/Devon - £0.35 per mile
• Parking is the price of the ticket. Off-street car park at a reasonable distance from the venue.

Deposits.

Your booking is confirmed and pre-production starts when the deposit has been paid.

• Our standard deposit is 25%
• First-time clients require a 50% deposit
• Bookings for events starting within 7 days require a 50% deposit
• For events starting within 48 hour, 24 hours, or same-day bookings require a 50% deposit plus any job-specific costs outside of Standard Packages due to location, venue, last min crew booking, etc. We will endeavour to be flexible depending on the situation especially if it is a non-commercial or corporate event.
